“I’ve been living in the same house since I moved to Utah, you recognize, 20 years ago,” Heather explained in an interview on Season 4 Episode 1 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. “It’s the home that I raised my kids in. It was the house that I lived in with my husband, and even after the divorce, I stayed there so it would be consistent and I wouldn’t disrupt my kids’ lives.”
“But now,” she continued, “I released my book, the book made the New York Times bestseller list. I opened a second Beauty Lab location. It has been a transformative year for me. I want to project out, I need to be fearless, I want to, like, you recognize, start a modern life. So I bought a unused house.”

Heather Gay dropped nearly $3 million on a novel home on a sycamore tree-lined street in Salt Lake City’s Shenandoah Park Avenue neighborhood in September 2022.
After wrapping production on the recently-aired third season of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Heather purchased a six-bedroom, six-bathroom, 7,922-square-foot property for her family, which boasts a wine cellar and plenty of entertaining space, both indoors and out.
“Take a look at Heather Gay’s new $2.89 million dollar house! At 7,922 square feet, the new pad has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a temperature controlled wine cellar, and an outdoor kitchen for entertaining plus a salt water pool!” the RHOSLC fan page HousewivesofSLC announced to their fans and followers on Instagram on January 18. They also mutual a series of photos of the property.
According to the listing, Heather’s new home has a grand entryway with custom iron doors and large windows with remote-controlled blinds.

I know, I know…But I love the Real Housewives of Bravo! It’s the best “tune out” television you can get! Plus, I’m a sucker for shows and movies filmed where I live. It’s how I got hooked on Shameless, ER, and Yellowstone. It’s why I’m about to get Hulu so I can watch The Bear.
