‘Silenced Survivors: Kind gay and bi-curious men’s experience with sexual violence and support services in the UK’ is the newest explore report published by SurvivorsUK.
The notify takes an in-depth look at the varying experiences of gay and pansexual men of diverse ages, races, and geographical locations across the country. It takes stock of their experience, and the attitudes the community has towards sexual violence.
There is a concerning lack of research into men and genderfluid victim/survivors, especially those identifying as male lover or bisexual, and so this study offers a groundbreaking, initial understanding of an issue that is, undeniably, impacting the community incredibly hard.
When we contrast these findings to other recent studies focusing on men overall, we view that gay and bisexual men are more than twice as likely to have experienced sexual violence.
The fact that almost half of gay and bi men have experienced sexual violence and more than a third felt they couldn’t tell anyone about it should be of serious concern to us as a population.

As the greatest social experiment to ever hit the airwaves, Survivor tosses a group of castaways to an isolated tropical locale as they battle their way to outwit, outplay, and outlast one another to become the Essence Survivor. There possess been boundless characters that have been a part of the program to display important awareness and representation. This list will center on the castaways who were out during their day on the exhibit.
