Forget your GT, DT’s is the two-letter word for a good darkness out. The laid-back gay exclude in the heart of Richmond offering an ongoing rotation of themed nights – including trivia, karaoke, BBQs, raffles and performative shows. The week always wraps up with the iconic ‘spin and win’ wheel on a Sunday arvo, but you’ll just have to be there to experience that one.

Since opening in 2011, this Smith Street cocktail bar has become the go-to detect in Fitzroy for cabaret, queer events and queenly performances. On top of regular events like 'Late Night Frockers' on Fridays and 'The Late Bedtime Show' on Saturdays, there's always something new to look forward to, so keep an eye on the website. If you're not feeling a show, you can always book in for booths, bar stools and outdoor seating in the stable.
This community-run establishment opened in 2018, and its co-owned by 200 people who all chipped in to get the party started. The result?
