It’s one thing to be closeted it’s another to take on straight privilege and possibly drag this 19 year teen into this whole thing if she’s not actually his girlfriend, if she is then wow! The fact PR thinks having a 19 year antique on your arm is a great thing is amazingly f’d up, but it seems they’ve figured out it’s not the finest thing after all seeing how they have broken up possibly? So Henry Cavill is advocate on top of the world right now what with The Witcher and all, so what surpass time to be talking about him than now? I know that there are rumors and gossip about Cavill being secretly gay/bi and closeted, but I honestly think that's a load of b.s. I believe that he really is straight. However there is no challenge that he is gay-friendly, what with all the evidence of him existence in gay bars support when he was younger, having a million lgbtq+ friends, etc. but I've always been curious as to what his views on LGBT/gay rights are.
I always had the hunch that Cavill was pro-gay until 2018 when he made those comments in response to his perspective about the whole #metoo episode. He said words like "traditional" and "old fashioned" quite favorably, which made me wonder if he holds socially conservative views (not that there's anything wrong with that, his views are his own and he is certainly entitled to his opinions). I know he's from a military background and that this demographic tends to be conservative by nature, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything.
